These PCB's do not last

I bought this PCB last year to replace the original PCB that failed, and it only lasted a little over a year. Just ordered another one at full price because it's out of warranty (only 1 year). Why don't they last? Please consider extending the warranty if they are just going to burn out in less than 2 years.

Great performance, but I’m in search of PCB straight to USB cable…

PCB performs well and its firmware can be upgraded - however I only need a USB connection and would love to know how to wire the 9 pin connector straight to a USB connector - I have tried to create such a cable myself by tracing the connections with a multi meter but with no luck….

Simple switchout

A simple switchout and extends the life of my original purchase even further (I've already upgraded once from PS/2 to USB. Many thanks for looking after previous customers rather than encouraging landfill and rebuying everything every time the tech changes.
