Where Is My International Package? Tracking Has Not Updated

Please note we ship USPS and Fedex for International Shipments and they take anywhere between 3-21 business days.

  • Note: If items ship USPS (US Postal Service) The tracking number will not update once it leaves the USA and show you status. There may be a few week delay during clearance to customs.
  • Please contact your local postal carrier and you can request tracking information from for local delivery, but it could take up to 3-4 weeks to Australia, Africa, etc.

DELAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MARCH-JUNE

International shipments have usually been 4-21 days, but we are now seeing April/May shipments that are delayed 2-6 weeks in some countries. If you ordered in April or May and tracking has not updated: The spread of COVID-19 virus and the ongoing efforts to contain it has significantly impacted commerce across the world. Xgaming recognizes there is a potential for delayed shipments and increased shipping timeframes, globally. We appreciate your patience during this time and recommend if possible, to use your tracking number and please contact your local post office to do trace on package.  Shipments from April/May from our warehouse were held in many International Customs during COVID peak.   Click BLUE TRACKING BUTTON IN YOUR ORDER EMAIL, then use that number with your local post to trade.  Please be patient, they are catching up!
