I was excited to buy this as an upgrade to my aging original X-Arcade tank stick, especially looking forward to the trackball addition. The trackball is not as smooth as a typical commercial trackball and not quite as precise either. The player 1 and player 2 buttons should be relocated as it's a real finger jammer, especially for golden tee players. Still a great controller for the price.
nice big controller , great for 2 person fighting games. I like to use the side buttons for pinball, one of the main reason I bought it, but the buttons are tucked under a little to far.. it works but would have been nice if they were a little more flush with the top.

I’ve had setup issues and tried calling 2 separate phone numbers. One number had been changed and the person offered me a hearing aid (not joking), the other no one answered. I tried opening a ticket and never heard back and also emailed them and again never heard back. I would return it but I don’t have confidence I’d get a refund as no one responds to anything. I finally got the thing to work on my own after countless trying, well everything working that is except for the trackball which still doesn’t work.
It is beautifully designed and very high quality. My brother and i are enjoying this wonderful product playing our childhood arcade games.
