Quality All Around

Tankstick is heavy (good thing) and does not slide around with gameplay. Legit buttons and joysticks - if not Happ then identical.

Only drawback in Mame is RetroArch's fault - a couple of right joystick keys are bound as hotkeys in retroarch.cfg (R and F I believe) have to set those to "nul" in retroarch.cfg. Or just run Mame direct and forget RetroArch. Very pleased with my purchase!

Tankstick is the edge you need!

Real easy, if you like old arcade, get the Tankstick. If you have an Xbox360 for old arcade games Get The Tankstick ( and adapter). If you are getting old and the Xbox controller hurts after long play, YOU NEED A TANKSTICK. If you play pinball on Steam Ya Gotta have a Tankstick. Finally All fighting games on Steam can use the Tankstick. Games like Injustice and Injustice 2 as well as the Streetfighter games. Pacman, Defender, Dig Dug and on and on all are 100% compatible, I know I play them all on my Tankstick. And now for the big one. The latest Mechwarrior (5) CAN be played on a Tankstick and it is AWESOME. No rumble but WOW!!! Expect better scores in any game as you have the advantage of the best old school device out there.
To all who have delays in shipping. Small company with big products. If ya want it to work and work for a long time be patient. I was not too patient but it was worth the wait. Not a week goes by that I DON'T use my Tankstick. Thanks X-Arcade!

Tankstick from America

Got my tankstick last week after a very long wait i am just really glad it arrived.I bought a ps2 adapter with it and have already had some game time with mortal kombat 2 and street fighter 2 which i am very happy about.It looks great the tankstick but i must say i thought the joysticks would feel alot better than they do,they come across as cheapish.I got some mame games working with it which im very happy about and my big dream is ito get it working with my favourite game virtua striker 2 version 98 on the model 3 emulator.It didnt work 1st time with this one but i will study the manual on how to programme my tankstick for the game.So far im really happy with the tankstick the trackball feels great and the buttons are really good.It cost me as much to post it from america to ireland as it did to buy it but i had to have one sometime in my life so i took the plunge.No regreats so far.

I've built better in the 2000s

I am very disappointed with the Tankstick and Trackball and trying to get the thing to cooperate with my Raspberry Pi using RetroPie and I'm having ZERO success even trying to find your so-called test program. I can't even get it to spit out anything even remotely recognizable to the days of when I made my own 20 years ago using purchased hardware and a keyboard "encoding board" frankensteined from a keyboard in the late eighties. Is there a refund option???
