Awesome controller--great customer support.

I have 2 regular tank sticks for years. I love them--No problems. I just got the tank stick max. The spinners and track ball did not work. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new board to replace and gave me a $50.00 refund for my inconvenience. I replaced the board and the spinners and track ball still did not work. They sent me another tank stick max and it worked fine. They have great customer support and stand behind their product.

Hello and best regards from Germany. The X-ARCADE TANKSTICK Max survived the long journey to Germany very well. I am very satisfied with the X-ARCADE TANKSTICK Max; it is very well made and technically flawless. It works great under Windows 11 with both MAME, RetroFE (CoinOps) and RetroArch. These are the Emulators I tested so far. I forgot to order an adapter for my Classic X-Box, and the shipping costs for this adapter alone are too high for me...

Overall, the product is really solid. Wish they had a product with the track ball and not the spinners ( don’t like the placement of them). Other than that., it’s close to perfect!
